Changing Landscape and keep Foliage + Adjustments

Hi, I was wondering, if I import a landscape now from a heightmap and fill it with foliage, paints, and modify it in UE4, if I decide to do a massive change to the heightmap, is there any way to switch out heightmaps without removing the foliage, paints and modifications I’ve done?

For example, if I’ve covered a world with foliage, paints, done a little editing, if I decide to put a crater in the middle of the map using the heightmap, is there any way I can do this without removing all of the things I’ve done in UE4?
