Changing incoming damage multipliers for Corrupted

Just putting this out there while I also try to work through tutorials and everything, as this is my first real attempt at modding Ark, and I was hoping that people could point me into the right direction, and maybe give a few pointers or anything like that.

I’m trying to change it so that corrupted creatures on Extinction no longer receive reduced damage from turrets. Obviously, could be considered overpowered, but I personally feel that it just makes things a bit more enjoyable for solo players or small tribes. I’ve found what appears to be the modifier, a blueprint in the extinction coreblueprints folder, which has “Base damage type adjusters”, and I went through and saw the a few of them which appeared to be from turrets. However, I’m not sure if it’s safe to edit these numbers, changing details on a game file itself. Another modder who I spoke to a little bit said to make a singleton blueprint, use that to scan for all active corrupted on the map, getting the dino settings and altering them on the graph there, rather than messing with the bps already there. Just really not sure how to do any of this, and feeling a bit lost, so came here to ask around for advice.
I’ve got the mod kit, and I’ve watched a couple of tutorials (Currently going through ZenRowe, though it’s a lot to take in, and I’ve never been the best when it comes to learning, especially with all the nitty gritty details, and with the time it takes the dev kit to load everything, I tend to get distracted pretty quick, but I’m doing what I can. Currently verifying the mod kit because I think I touched things I shouldn’t have, and changed some numbers, but will load it back up when done and would just rather a bit more of an idea to what to do.
