Hi, my team and I are doing Senior project this semester and we are using the Leap Motion with HTC Vive in Unreal Engine 4 using getnamo’s plugin. We have hands we want to use but we can’t seem to get them working with the leap motion correctly. When we put the new hands in they distort and are far from the camera view. They also seem to get stuck together. We followed the custom rigging tutorial getnamo has on github but no luck.
Resolved. Needed to follow the direct rigging files for new hands from the leap motion plugin and change pre adjustment to fit your new hands. Here’s a link to help follow direct rigging new hands
