Changing Clothes or such

hope this is in the right place…

what I would like to know is how to place clothing on a character? even hair. would like it to move as the character moves but first things first I need to know how to place it on them.

I need all the help I can get, I need to know about everything with the character and someone point me the right way… please

Add the cloth parts in your 3d program and then use apex to add the “cloth effect”
