What is the easiest way to change the location of a beam particle systems start/end point within a blueprint for example it starts where the character is and ends at another character
There are Set Beam Source Point and Set Beam End Point nodes in blueprints.
I think I was using the wrong nodes then. Thanks let me try this.
Unfortunately even that doesn’t work. All my character does is looks towards the actor I clicked on. The beam just stays centered in the player character.
In your beam’s particle emitter, do you have a source and target module? Is the Source and Target method set to User Set?
I know that I have a source and target because I followed the video, but not sure if i set it to user set.
Working like @drb1992 says, but don’t forger to set “User Set” in source and target.
