Changing an inventory's defaults via blueprinting

Is there a way to properly change an inventory’s default engrams/items? I want my structure to display certain items only under certain conditions. It could be on inventory access, or inventory refresh, doesn’t matter.

Also, is anybody familiar with the replication of inventories? Is it all stored server side? Does it need to be multicast to all clients? I don’t want two inventories to be the same unless they both meet the criteria.

somehow this doesn’t work right (now)…
