Changes Needed Email

Summary

After submitting an asset to Fab Marketplace I found in my Listings that 1 asset shows Changes Needed, the problem being its been over 24 hours and still no email, this also happened a few day before, I sent the asset for review… it showed changes needed and no email, I emailed support and within a few hours they got back to me with the PDF. now, I fixed them changes and it seems there are MORE changes needed, again no email no answer from support nothing.

submit an asset that needs changes

Expected Result

when an asset is marked for changes needed, you would expect the reviewer to fill out the required documentation and hit send on the email so developers can amend the assets.

Observed Result

How it looks for an outside point of view is they have a look, set it to changes needed then have to come back to it IF they remember later on and sort the paperwork, not a very efficient way to work unless your email accounts are blocked/marked as spam for sending so many emails.

Please can we try and streamline this process and make it more efficient for both reviewers and developers alike. for some people this is their sole income.

Same thing for me did you get anytwhere with this? I have had no emails or context after several resubmitions.

EMP-19799 has been created and its status is ‘Needs Triage’. This is now in a queue to be reproduced and confirmed.

We are looking into this. In the meantime, submission and support emails are sent from the same alias, which is fab-support@epicgames.com. I would recommend whitelisting that alias and/or checking your spam folder. Hope that helps a bit!
