Change pivot point of a BSP in viewport

Hello I followed this tutorial UE4 Tutorial: Change Pivot Point on BSP or Static Mesh - YouTube for setting the pivot point of a mesh (door) in the lower corner. I just have a little problem with the right click after the moving of the pivot point. So what did I do?

  1. I click on the object with the left
    mouse button ( LMB)

  2. select pivot
    point (i know the white sphere) with
    LMB

  3. press ALT and MMB (the thing
    between left and right mouse button)

  4. then I move the the pivot point into
    the postion I want to

that works but to set it to stay there I should press right mouse button on object. What I do ofcourse but then the option I often see on the Web under transform to do things with the pivot does not apper (nor do any other options do anything with the pivot). But its like if I press the right mouse button on the object it reselcts and the option is not appering. I use 4.8. a list follows what not works

  1. right click on object (does not show the menu point/ option I want)

  2. relocates the origon with the same right click(also not wanted)

It was a problem with the older version. If anyone now needs a tutorial there is a link to in the question and even with a step by step tutorial. It worked with 16
