Change camera center point

Hi Epic Community,

How can you change the center point of the camera? It’s kinda hard to explain what i mean in words, so i made an image:

I hope this image makes sense to you and someone can explain how to achieve my desired result :).

You should be able to achieve it by rotating a springarm by -90 degrees, facing down and adding local rotation to the attached camera (25 Pitch in this instance):
