how do i change my active user in your software? i need this asap I created an account to test out your PPI and I want to switch back to my account where it is not PPI and I own the software. please help this is not clear at all and its costing me time and money - please help asap

you can do it via WORKFLOW tab - Application - Settings - Change application owner. Then sign in and activate proper license. You might need to restart the application afterwards.
