I suspect such a rig wouldn’t be supported by the engine anyway.
but ue4 supports muscle deformation or not?
No, there’s no game engine that supports muscle deformation
but doesnt fbx turn it into bones object?
It won’t skin properly that way, and the UE4 importer might not try to do anything with it.
