Cashed data seems to be gone

Hi

I have a large project with a lot of photos (2400 or so) which keeps getting stuck on the reconstruction phase (high quality). Im tying to abort the process, save the project reopen and adjust the reconstruction area as recommended for this bug. But when i reopen all the alignment data has gone and i have to start from scratch with the same result each time.

I have the cash on a different drive as there wasn’t enough space on the system SSD. could this be an issue. should i try moving the project file over to the same drive as the cash? I don’t really want to move all the photos off the system SSD as I’m assuming this is helping speed things up as the other drive is just a HDD.?

Hi Wilkie
After reopening the project, check if you have selected the same COMPONENT with the model reconstructed.

Thanks, yes your right, school boy error.

Still getting stuck (estimated finish is not changing and going into the past). tired adjusting the reconstruction region several times. Had a look in the Event Viewer and cant see any errors from Reality Capture. Any suggestions, on about the 5th attempt now?
