For the blood, if your looking for a splash of blood look into Niagara particle effects, the burst preset would accomplish this easily. To leave blood on the ground or your car look into decals. As far as the audio it depends on the complexity. You could place an idle sound on the car actors bp to play in a loop when idle, then on input event, play a revving sound. You could also use your anim BP as it tracks speed to use change gear sounds at certain speeds.

Just use FASTER tools/places first, like google or chat gpt, or even search on this forum. You will get some answers instantly, why wait hours for anybody to reply here if you can get answer in seconds?

Great you started using AI chats, they are helpful, however:
small warning:
With all AI (deep AI LLM) be cautious. They are great at answering common questions, however when your questions get more complicated AI will start to fail, they will make up things, give wrong answers, make wrong answers look perfect (very hard to spot errors).
So always double chcek your code, never trust AI replies, but they great to learn from. 
I guessed myself that it’s a bit imperfect.
