please upload the fbx mesh some where and pm me a link , atm from the pictures you have posted it doesn’t look if the alignment or position is correct.
it might help to watch some of my old ut3/udk vehicle videos which show how i set up a vehicle rig in , as i show how to correct the alignment of the objects that i use as bones
