Capture Manager Always fails at 75%

Hi guys,

I’ve been trying to process video takes from my iphone and mono video ingests, but in both cases the process always fails at 75%. Initially thought it could be realted to a codec issue, but doesnt make sense since the video is sent straight from LiveLink from Iphone.

Any idea why is failing?

Not at all. Even after re-installing the engine in C drive (which apparently was one of the reasons why it failed), it still failing.

Turn off the VPN.

Check if there is a connection. This is most likely related to the local network.

Thanks for replying but still the server “Zen Server” is online. Still not working

Turn off firewall and it will work.

Had a similar issue with HMC footage, I re-rendered them in .mov using DaVinci resolved and it worked.

Maybe a bit late, but I found eventually the problem was on my firewall. I use bitdefender and after turning their firewall off it works
