I can’t seem to get launcher to accept any captcha filled out on an AWS instance. I was able to yesterday on an instance in us-east-2, but not today on us-west-2. The cookie signin doesn’t work either. This sign in mechanism sucks.

Are you given an error ID when the login fails? We can try to dig up the issue with that.
We have that issue as well - I think it’s the same. It looks like the CAPCHA fails, but it actually goes through and we then get an error at login. Including a screenshot here.
Okay I guess the error ID was not enough. For you two and any others who come here with this issue, here’s the info that will help us resolve it.

Thanks for looking into this @Stephen.Phillips - it’s a pretty crucial workflow for us. As of this morning, we don’t get the captcha at all anymore, but we still get the error shown in my first screenshot with “Incorrect response”. FWIW the ID is now ID: 02d7130-0690-11ee-bb3d-350c4902479a .
Can you confirm which EC2 instance type this is failing in? And can you clarify how you created the VM?
Hi Stephen - might be worth mentioning that as with the case above, this used to work, then started being very difficult (one try out of tens of tries would go through) and then it stopped working altogether after trying hundreds of times.
Instance type is g4dn.2xlarge. Created with the ingram micro nvidia ami. This guy I think AWS Marketplace: NVIDIA RTX Virtual Workstation - WinServer 2022 .
Thanks for your patience. We tried using that AMI and haven’t had the same failures. We’ve made some tweaks to the system to be a little more lenient, so please give it one more try when you can.
Have you also tried our official AMI that comes with UE pre-installed?
