I have seen that one happen in other cases around the community, it’s quite frustating. Let’s cover a few methods for resolution here:

First, the most usual one, clean up your current set of drivers. Use DDU to fully remove your install, then get the latest version of Studio drivers, as these are intended to be the most stable version for engine work

Next, just for testing, force UE to open on DX11, with the -dx11 tag, and check if the visual glitch still appears

You mentioned disabling overlays for both Discord and nVidia, good approach. Just ensure to disable any other active overlays in your system, as everything seems to have one these days (Xbox Bar, MSI Afterburner, etc)

You also turned off HAGS already, excellent. Just remember that fully applying that change requires a full system restart

Finally, since you are on nVidia, there’s one more setting that could cause this kind of glitch. Check the nVidia app, go to Graphics > Global Settings, and look for “Smooth Motion”. If it’s enabled, turn it off, and restart your PC to apply the change
