Can't use "Set Emitter Enable"

Hi, I recently ran into a problem where I cannot use “Set Emitter Enable” in Construction Script or BP Interface. I don’t know if it is how it is suppose to be or it is a bug on my end.

Never Mind I used the Activate/Deactivate fucntion.
