I am trying to create a distributor profile with my gmail as support email account. The system informs that the email is being used by another Epic account which is probably another Epic account of my own. The problem is that in that other account I can’t find the distributor profile which contains the support email I want to use. I suspect that the distributor profile that is blocking my gmail account exists but for some reason I am not able to access it.
