I seem to be having a similar problem to the one described here. I can download/install/run version 4.0.2 just fine, but 4.1 gives a subscribe button.
Zip includes dxdiag, launcher log, and screenshot of the problem.
I’ve tried the suggestion in one of the other questions involving increasing the timeout parameters but it didn’t help. I’ve also completely removed and reinstalled and the problem persists. I have downloaded the 4.1 source code and installed/run that, but I can’t download any of the 4.1 content examples because it only gives the ‘subscribe’ button.
Do you remember when you started seeing the “Subscribe” button? Version 4.1 has been available since 4/24, did you make any effort to update between then and now?
The subscribe button has been there for awhile now, probably since 4.1 was released. There was a period of time where the account showed as unsubscribed, in fact one of our other employees had told me the account had been unsubscribed, and we were trying to get that resolved so I didn’t attempt to update at that point. After the latest billing cycle the account showed as active and one of our office managers confirmed that billing had taken place, so I started trying to update. Perhaps the account is in some sort of weird mishmash of subscribed and unsubscribed? I am able to access the source code though.
Thank you for the information. We do see some oddities for the entitlements on the account and are investigating if it could be the cause and how to resolve.
I will update when we know more, thanks for your patience.
