After the new upgrade of the launcher I can’t run my U4. When it downloads the upgrade, the download speed stops at the half of download, it’s about 1kb/s. In the beginning it’s 2 mb/s. How can I upgrade my launcher manually?

Try the troubleshooting steps in the ‘Launcher is Unable to Download Content’ section that is linked below.
Afterwards if the issue is still present, please follow the 10 steps at the bottom of the page to find your ‘Verbose Logs’ and post them here. They will help us track down the issue.
