Can't update product since october

Summary

Haven’t been able to update listing for 20+ days, support reports no ETA. Anyone else seeing this issue?
The product has been on FAB for 1y+ and is updated on a weekly basis, but it’s been stuck for a while now and I’m not able to update it anymore, nor push the updated version for 5.7.

Steps to Reproduce

Click “Submit for review”

Expected Result

The listing moves from “Draft” to “Pending Review”, receive an email confirmation.

Observed Result

Listing stays stuck in “Draft”, never moves to “Pending Review”, never gets updated. No error message, no confirmation email, nothing.

At the time of writing it’s been 24 days and no update or ETA on when this gets resolved.

Just send another support ticket if it’s been more than 48 hours since the first, remember fab doesn’t use email like the marketplace did. You have to use their official support form.

If you send a second or even third support ticket, just tell them you didn’t hear back and it’s urgent.

Oh I did send a bunch of tickets already, they keep saying there’s nothing they can do about it and that “they’re sorry for the inconvenience“; honestly I don’t blame them but the shrug messaging sure is infuriating.

Then I would join the epic for indies discord server(link is somewhere here I think) and talk with the person who helps with fab stuff directly, they are not outsourced and can talk with engineering staff if needed.
