We’ve done some digging and we’ve been able to install the listing in question without any issue. Do you have direct reports from consumers that they are unable to install? Knowing this would help our investigation as currently with being able to install it without issue we’re wondering if this is isolated to you as the owner of the listing being unable to install it.

Hey, it only happens for my own listings and only for listings that already existed on the Unreal Engine Marketplace. It does not happen for listings that I published after Fab released.
Yes, one customer said he got that error but now after further investigation he got error 11 instead of 09.
I provided very detailed information on this issue multiple times already through Fab support but they only said they forwarded it to the team, and nothing ends up happening every time.
I have no customer complaints right now.
So currently, it only affects my own attempts to install the Plugin.
As my other post states, I already wiped the whole Epic Games stuff from my system, restarted, and reinstalled everything (which took forever to download everything again) - and still I cannot install my own Plugin through the Epic Games launcher library because of the IS-0009 Error.

today I saw that a customer bought one of my broken packs. I put banners up on my ArtStation and fab pages listing the current broken urls too in order to hopefully avoid any future purchase for now. If the customer reaches out to you please give their refund. I have not gotten an email yet or communication from the customer that bought it but I am heads up in-case it happens.
My current broken and remaining packs are these. If these could be fixed I would be extremely grateful. Thank you guys for everything you do and I am happy to see people are getting their entries fixed too now! So far I am very thankful too because three of my other entries are fixed now. It is just two left. I will link below.

I have also been experiencing this issue for a couple of months now. It is a particular concern for the “Modular Dungeon Collection” as it is a popular product that specifically needs an update. Here are my listings currently stuck in pending publication:

I am now experiencing this issue!! Can’t believe they have this issue for so long.
The worst part is that this issue is completely random! I submitted many assets. Some submit without issues. Others worked after few attempts. But I just have one which is stuck! I feel lucky it’s not one of my main assets but I am completely dismayed that Fab has let such an issue persist.

People who don’t have this issue think it’s just a Fab approval/corrections thing and that you just need to improve your submission or something. They really can’t wrap their head around the fact that it’s an obvious and SERIOUS BUG! They assume if it was such an important bug. Surely it would have been fixed by now…..
Hey folks. I wanted to jump in again and let you know that I’ve seen the those that have provided listing IDs that are experiencing this issue and am working with dev team on these as well as checking for updates on the overarching issue.
