It’s still not fixed on mine. I am afraid maybe they just did a manual per case fix instead of actually figuring out the underlaying cause.

Skye did mention the issue does require manual fix; my understanding is that there’s a couple of different issues at play that can corrupt the distribution pipeline at different steps; each of which cannot be fixed without manual intervention – the good news is once the fix is applied for (A), you’ll never break it the (A) way again; but you’re still at risk for (B) and (C) – finger crossed you don’t hit those afterward ^^’

Hi, just checked today and same on here. Mine is not fixed yet. I just noticed that the edit pages has different handles possibly I gave the wrong ones. I will leave some information here hopefully it helps with my stuck publications. I think one marks as stuck for about 4 months now. Thank you guys for all the help on this ones. I also sent a msg to support today to see if I could get an update maybe, worth a shot. Have nice day everyone :]

EDIT/UPDATE 2/19/2026, a day after: I am happy to say that this is all fixed now guys! I got a reply from support early today and all my remaining packs above are fixed now. All my store packages are up and running now. Thank youuuuuu to everyone for what you do! wish you all an awesome day!

Mine is still not fixed!!! I still cannot update my asset. It’s been months.
The asset in question is this one:
Still can’t update my asset. I am considering uploading the SAME asset as a new duplicate in order to be able to update it later on.
Just try to submit more times. I have had the same issue for the last 5-6 months. However, after 10+ attempts, the listing is submitted.
Resubmitting does NOT work in all cases.
I had some assets with the same problem which did work after resubmissions. Yes. Sometimes resubmissions work for some assets if you keep trying. Other assets will not work no matter how many times you resubmit. Trust me. I tried.
I resubmitted hundreds of times. I resubmitted from completely different machines using completely different internet connections. I resubmitted on different times of the day and on many different days. I resubmit every now and then in hope something has changed on their end but it never did and support does not even bother.
To be honest Fab does not seem to be a priority for Epic. I suppose they are losing money on it and are not dedicating any serious effort to it hence issues like this or like the other bug other developers complain about (Customers buying assets and then when downloading getting a different asset!). Things which seem pretty basic and should have been fixed long ago but which are not unfortunately.
I will probably upload a duplicate asset to fix this. I did not get any help from support.
