Can't Update Mesh LODs

Updating mesh LODs stopped working in my 4.25.4 project. I can’t copy/paste, and I can’t bulk edit. No matter what I do, even after restarting UE, my assets are not updated. UE normally would slowly work through the assets generating new LODs after changing LOD settings. Now, it pauses for a few seconds and nothing happens - even the group label does not change.

Hmm, anybody? This is obviously a bug. Should I be posting somewhere else?
