Can't tell if this is a bug in UE or something else

My editor keeps crashing seemingly at random ( though most often while working on any Blueprints ) and these are the two errors it generates. The error occurs and it displays a pop-up stating "runtime error R6025 - pure virtual function call". I’ve repair reinstalled all my Visual C++ Redistributables and am not running on a modified version of the engine. This crash happens in most empty projects too. However when looking for posts on the forums about this, the few that I found either didn’t get an answer and were later marked solved or were telling to reinstall the redistributables. If it does look like a bug in UE I’ll post it in the issue tracker. Its been bugging me ever since I installed the editor and it’s hard to get work done when it crashes so often.
