Can't switch Project to different UE version [update, change, new, other]

this is the only output i get on build from VS 2019 Community:

thanks, but i’ve already done that .

  1. start Unreal Project Browser with UE .exe/shortcut or Epic Games Launcher .
  2. open the project and click “Open a Copy”,
  3. after the process is finished, wait for the project to open .
