Can't sign in UE4

Hi UE 4 Supporters,

Everyday I work well with UE4 but yesterday (Aug 6) I click on launcher.exe it updated something. After that I could not sign in UE4 (See the attached image).

I tried many times to uninstall/install but still got the same problem. If I tried wrong password it alerted immediately said wrong credentials.

Now I can not do anything with my unfinished work.

I am having the exact same issue with my mac and my windows (parallel)

I don’t believe it is a firewall issue as other computers with that bring up the “Valdiation needed” error, this just loads into oblivion.

If nothing works, post a report in the Installation & Setup section of AnswerHub with the following info.

Follow the steps here to generate your Debug Logs and post them, along with your Dxdiag (system specs).
