Can't seem to mantle on imported static mesh

I’ve imported a static mesh, added it to a blueprint, and created collision. Everything seems to work fine when I place it in the world, however I am unable to mantle over it during gameplay. It is a hair shorter than normal walls, but not short enough to jump on top of it without mantling.

Is there some options I am missing that would enable/disable mantling on an imported mesh?

Change collision to FortStaticMesh
