after i enabled chaos editor plugin in plugin setting i cant see it where it should be. can some one helps me??
It is not added to Unreal Engine 4.23 from the Epic Game Launcher, you need to compile the source code to get chaos or wait to Epic gives it out.
If you want it then you need ann account on Github and be a partner with Epic Games, here is a video tutorial showing how to be a partner with Epic Games on Github:
