Mesh was made in Blender. Animations work there good.
Object appears in UE even bigger than i thought.
Animation was done on the same skeleton.
I did some research but could not find the solution, so here i am(
Preview mesh is set (if I understand correctly), as you can see on first screenshots (red circle), zoom out did not work. About 1 cm. Thanks for information.
So, i solve this. I import animation and mesh seperately. And in animation window in ROOT MOTION check enable root motion. ROOT LOCK - REF POSE. And it worked

I Removed Import Mesh Button, Unticked It And Enabled, Chose A Skeleton Same Char But Already Mesh And Skel Set Up, Then Imported Maya 2019 Fbx And It Runs Well, Not, To Slow IT Down lol
