Can't sculpt waterbody island

I created the main island with water body ocean, then added some islands dropping waterbody islands. While I can sculpt the main island of ocean, I can’t the other islands, its flat and sculpt hasn’t effect, neither raise nor lower. I tried various settings, changing curve, but nothing helped. Any idea?

Hi,

if you add a new landscape layer above the water layer you should be able to sculpt the islands.
