Can't run any UE4 version past 4.9.2

I am having trouble launching any version beyond 4.9. Oddly this is the last version that will run for me. I am using Windows 8.1, and all other info should be in the DxDiag attached below.

So to further confirm, 4.10, 4.11, 4.12, 4.13 and 4.14 all wont run when clicking launch. It says ‘Busy’ then it defaults back to the ‘Launch’ button without the engine loading.

Attached dxdiag and I am using ESET Smart Security (included due to staff answer on a similar question).

I assume something changed with 4.10 that is causing some issues with my setup, but I can’t seem to find suggestions for solving this!

The issue was I disabled updates some time ago and as a result I was lacking a needed update/the latest vc_redist.exe. Running smooth and glad I’m no longer .5 versions behind!
