Can't run any game that uses UE4

I can’t seem to run any game that uses Unreal Engine 4.

I have the latest DirectX I can install for my Windows 7 computer.

I would recommend contacting either your IT support(PC issue), or the developer of the game you have a problem with for assistance(game issue).

I’ve tried more than one game. So it’s not the developer.

What acutally happens when you try and run a ue4 game?
What are your specs?
Have you tried installing the UE4 prerquisites?
