Can't run a game from UE 5.3.2 on Quest 3 with PCVR

Hey everyone !

I am currently working on a game in UE 5.3.2 for the Quest 3, but I’ve run into an issue. When I try to launch the game in PCVR mode, it starts in “flat” mode (opening only on my PC, not on the headset). I’ve tried quite a few things to fix it, but nothing works. The strangest part is that it didn’t do this before, and I’m not sure what broke it (perhaps a Meta Horizon Link update).
The tools I’m using include the Meta XR Plugin 65.0, Meta Quest Link 85.0.0.306.552, and SteamVR (I’m not sure which version of the latter).
Another issue is that when I open Link on the headset—without opening SteamVR first—and then launch UE, it triggers “OVR Runtime Init” on both my PC and headset. “OVR Runtime Init” fails to load on the headset (see image), and on the PC, it remains as an unclickable icon in the taskbar (so I have to end the process via Task Manager).

If anyone can help, I’d really appreciate it; it would save me from having to build the project every time I want to test a change.
