Can't resume if missed prerequisites

After downloads completes the installer prompts for installing pre-requisites which require admin permissions in windows.

Since it takes a long time to download and verify I usually leave it on its own to download and install.

So there is nobody to click on grant admin permissions dialog and it times out with a message “Could not download installation information”, this puts the launcher in a broken state where it cannot resume installation.

There are no definite known methods to fix it.
