Cant rename LVL: LVL Blueprint with name exist. But it das not (But it did exist)

Hey,
I am trying to rename a map to “LVL_7”, that was there before but it is no longer.

I had LVL 7 but accidentally deleted it. Then tried to ctrl-z it back, but was not able to. Then closed UE with despair at 3 am.

The next day, I am trying to rebuild LVL_7, but I cannot name it that way, because it says
viz picture), that LVL_7 is there. But it’s not. Unfortunatelly.

Or - is there some hidden version, that I need to click on something to show it? Help welcommed.

Trouble renaming assets

This has already happened to me numerous times, and it is very annoying! Whenever I make a material or blueprint, then rename it, it works fine. However, if I try to return the old name, it tells me that another asset already exists there. Even though there is nothing there. This has also happened to folders, and really any kind of asset. Is this supposed to happen? Is there a workaround? Any feedback on this would be greatly appreciated!

(right click folder in content folder and fix up redirection)
