I uninstalled Unreal Engine 5.3.2 manually (by deleting all the files) and now I can’t install it again, here’s a screenshot.
Please help!
I recall coming across this irritated issue after I reinstalled windows. What seemed to work for me was using an earlier unreal launcher version and then Unreal installed with no issues then I updated the launcher with no issues.
Try to remove and add your previously installed version in Library.

Welcome to the Unreal Engine Community Forum. This may sound like odd fix to try. But, try signing out of the launches completely and then see if the greyed out install turns yellow. (You may have to go through your library) Let me know if that helps!
