I am trying to setup a developer account and currently in verifying trader details phase. The problem is with technical side. Veriff service does not request accese to my camera, and keeps saying to enable it in permissions. It is enabled, both in web browser and in windows settings. I have calls and meetings over msteams and zoom almost daily using this web browser and camera. I tried using chrome, firefox, brave and edge, nothing works. This is the first time I see such problem. I also used id verification for fab and all went smoothly, as it was with a better id service provider.

- Are you logged into your Epic Games account before attempting to create a private discussion?
- Are you able to navigate to any other part of the EOS Help site?
- Try the button to ask the EOS Developer Community. Do you have the same issue?
- Which browser are you using to test this? Does the same behavior occur on a different browser?
- Are you able to view the page when logged in on a different device?
- Are you able to gather a HAR file for this error?
Iām currently unable to reproduce the issue on my end. When Iām signed in and select the button, it reroutes me to the portal to submit a case. If Iām not signed in, it asks me to sign in to my account.
Performing the above steps should help us isolate the root cause of the issue. We look forward to hearing back on this!

Yes and no. If I attempt to create a private discussion while being logged into my dev dashboard (dev.epicgames.com) - I get transefered to a https://communityportal.epicgames.com/s/unavailable with 404 page not found, on which I am not logged in. Upon logging in on this page, I still see the same error. Repeating step 1 while being logged in at https://communityportal.epicgames.com/s/unavailable shows the same result, displaying that I am not logged in.

I can only navigate the website not being logged in. After I attempt to login, I see a 404 page not found error.

I can not confirm it on the different device unfortunately, but additionally I can see that whenever I try navigate to https://communityportal.epicgames.com/, I get forwarded to the page on the screenshot
