Can't purchase assets using paypal

Hi, I was trying to buy Rama save system plugin from Unreal engine marketplace. I don’t have any credit or visa card. But I have more then enough money in my paypal account. But whenever I try to buy the assets it keeps asking me for a card.
What should I do now to buy the assets? I need help. It would be so kind of you if you help me to solve this problem.
