I’ve only recently joined Fab and I’m trying to publish my 3D models.
But every time I get a notification (a sanction) saying that “changes needed” because “unsupported file type “.
Fab’s tech support is sending me the same message – that I should change the way I archive the files. But I’ve tried every possible option that 7-Zip offers - nothing works. Fab also doesn’t accept unarchived files, which I’ve also tried uploading.
In general, my files are in 3ds Max, FBX, OBJ, and sometimes STL (in case the model can be used for 3D printing) formats.
Has anyone faced this problem and can help me figure out what exactly might be the issue?
