Every time UE4 is opened, I get the ‘New Plugins available’ Banner popping up. However I’ve only ever installed the Substance plugin a while ago & don’t even use it. It would be nice if this popup appeared once, only when a new plugin has been installed.
Not a major issue, just a minor Irritation. Still deeply in love withUE4.
Funny thing, sounds like config file can’t be saved properly…
For now you could try disabling and enabling this plugin. It will add entry to your .uproject file. It should fix issue for you 
I get it every time I open a new project. Makes me think the config for this popup should be project-unrelated, so the editor doesn’t badger about it.
I’m still getting these Substance notifications.!
