Can't pay with PayPal balance.

Hi!

I want to buy an asset from the marketplace with PayPal balance, but when the PayPal’s page opens, I can only add a credit/debit card, there is not an option for paying with the PayPal balance, however I got enough balance to buy the asset, and the at the options “If you have a PayPal balance, we will use it first” is enabled, and it works perfectly in other sites. How do I fix that?
