Can't Package Project

I have VisualStudio and I can’t package my project i don’t understand why i get those errors.

BuildCommand.Execute: ERROR: BUILD FAILED

Program.Main: ERROR: AutomationTool terminated with exception:

Program.Main: ERROR: Exception in AutomationTool: You are attempting to compile on a machine that does not have a supported compiler!

Program.Main: ERROR: You are attempting to compile on a machine that does not have a supported compiler!

RunUAT.bat ERROR: AutomationTool was unable to run successfully.

BUILD FAILED
