Can't package my project

Hi,

I can’t package my project in UE 4.10 or 4.11.
I have installed VS 2015 with common tools selected and visual C++ language and still get an error “Build Failed”
Choosing a new project does not work.

Well, it’s seems that I can package my project in 4.10 with no errors, but still I get an error when I try to package a project in 4.11.
