Can't pack project, Visual Studio required

Hello folks,

I need to report a problem. I’ve done successful packing of my projects in the past but I have problem with my latest project. When I try to pack it a message pops out and says that I need to install Visual Studio 2015.

I never needed to install Visual Studio for packing the previous projects and if not necessary I don’t plan to do it in the future. Does the UE4.18 version require Visual Studio for packing projects? If not how can I fix this?

I have the same problem,I disable most plugins but without any luck, I want to know what causing unreal 4.19 to request visual studio before packing a project, is there a way to debug this request to know exactly what code or plugin is needing this , is this possible with UE 4.19.2 ?
