A few weeks ago I installed U5.7 and one day it crashed and did not open anymore and uninstalled it. Today I have installed it again, U5.7.4, and the same crash persists. Any solution?

The crash report you are getting has one key line, the “npu_d3d12_umd”. That one refers to a conflict with the NPU driver, instead of the most usual error with GPU. And if UE is clashing with NPU, it will continue to do so across installs.
These drivers are usually tied to Intel AI Boost, on their newest models. As a first test, I would temporary disable the feature. Go to Device Manager, navigate to Neural Processors, right-click on Intel AI Boost, and select “Disable device”. Once applied, try to open UE again.
