Can't open UE4.20

Heading ##[Sorry for my english]

Last year i was programming a proyect in UE4.17 but at the end of the year i had a problem with the OS boot so i had to reinstall Win10. After that, i installed UE4.20 to try the new stuff but It crashes when i try to open the editor (yes, i tried to open it on shortcut and Epic Games Launcher) or throws me this error message right now

But when doesn’t throw me this error, throws me this other one

And sometimes it launch correctly and i can use it normally, its kinda random but i wanna fix this once for all.

Hi, you need to rebuild yor project to new verion, or download 4.17 version from launcher.

Thanks for answering me, but i started it in a new project. And the problem is that i can’t open not even the Proyect Picker.
