Can't open previous projects after close by Task Manager

I abort align process while CR use all ram, but it was taking too long to abort so I force close CR by Task Manager then restart the machine.

After that, I cannot open any previous projects saved with same machine, same license, got this error: “Cannot open the project that was locked to another machine”

All my interface, align settings was gone too.

How to resolve it? Thanks

from the described steps, it is highly unusual behavior.
You can try uninstalling RC from the PC, then restart the system, install RC again and try it again. Do not you have also the DEMO installed on that PC ?
