Everytime I open the launcher, it starts to open and close and doesn’t stops, please help 
My specs are gtx 1050, i5 7300hq, 12 gb ram

The issue occurs because of network issues.
So, to fix the issue, I suggest you update the network drivers which will definitely fix the issue.
The same issue occurs while playing PUBG on PC.
